Hamilton
Michael Hamilton is the President of Seneca Development Company, a vertically integrated real estate platform delivering best-in-class residential and mixed-use projects across the Pacific Northwest. With a multidisciplinary background and a results-driven approach, Michael leads the firm's strategic vision, investment strategy, and operational execution.
In 2024, Michael was honored with the Oregon Daily Journal of Commerce Phenom Award, which recognizes exceptional young professionals in the building industry who are poised to shape the future of real estate development. In 2025, he was featured on the Daily Journal of Commerce's 2025 Power List, celebrating leaders and innovators across the architecture, engineering, construction, and development industries.
Michael is recognized for his strategic clarity, deep market insight, and ability to assemble and lead high-performing teams. His work is guided by a long-term vision for urban growth, investor value creation, and operational excellence.
Jaksic
Bryant Jaksic is a seasoned executive and investment professional with over 30 years of experience spanning real estate development, financial services, and business operations. He is a Principal and Co-Founder of Seneca Construction Co. and Vice President of Seneca Development Company.
Since 1994, Bryant has launched or acquired ten firms — ranging from Registered Investment Advisory firms to Private Investment Partnerships — focused on alternative investment strategies. His core competencies include portfolio construction, financial modeling, research, quantitative analysis, and the design of trade execution and management systems.
Bryant holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing and an MBA from Portland State University.
Schreck
Andy serves as President of Seneca Construction, bringing over three decades of leadership and expertise in design-build construction. He has successfully directed large-scale, high-profile projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors throughout the West Coast. He also serves as Director of Development of Seneca Development Company.
Andy is a Portland native and holds a BS in Business Management/CEM from Oregon State University and an MBA from Regis University. Notable projects include Nike World Campus — Beaverton, OR ($500M), High-Rise Mixed-Use — San Francisco, CA ($1B), and Student Housing & Commercial — San Diego, CA ($300M).
At Seneca Construction, Andy leads enterprise-wide operations with a focus on driving sustainable growth, ensuring project excellence, and cultivating a high-performance organizational culture.
Whitney
Blaine Whitney serves as Fractional CFO at Seneca, bringing over 20 years of experience across commercial real estate, corporate finance, and legal strategy.
Prior to joining Seneca, Blaine served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Bristlecone Inc., an international family office, where he managed a commercial real estate portfolio focused on multifamily infill development and oversaw domestic and international acquisitions, dispositions, and complex multi-asset 1031 exchanges. Before that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Columbia Capital Group, where he developed the firm's operational infrastructure and closed more than 10 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $150M.
Earlier in his career, Blaine served as Executive Vice President and Partner at Urban Asset Advisors, leading the syndication, financial modeling, and development of 10 mixed-use multifamily projects representing an aggregate pipeline of approximately $250M, and as Vice President and Head of Real Estate for Layers LLC, where he raised $25M in venture capital and helped scale company revenues from $2M to $30M.
Over the course of his career, Blaine has executed the acquisition and development of more than 1,400 multifamily units and arranged and underwritten in excess of $425M in real estate capital transactions, venture capital financings, and syndications. He is a licensed attorney admitted to the California State Bar and holds a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and both a J.D. and M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Joel Johnson is a Partner at Seneca Development Company, contributing to the firm's strategic direction, capital formation, and investment operations across its growing portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use development projects in the Portland metro area.
Small
Vinny serves as President of Seneca Property Management, bringing decades of hands-on experience rooted in a lifelong engagement with the real estate industry. Raised in Portland, Oregon, his exposure to commercial real estate began early through his family's ownership and management of income-producing assets.
As a licensed Principal Broker, Vinny specializes in commercial leasing, sales, and third-party property management services tailored to institutional and private clients. He previously played a key role in expanding Windermere Commercial's portfolio by more than 400% over an eight-year tenure at the firm.
Vinny is a graduate of Central Catholic High School and studied Business Administration at the University of Montana.

Dalton Byrne serves as Asset Manager at Seneca, overseeing portfolio performance, financial analysis, and asset-level strategy across the firm's multifamily and mixed-use holdings.
