Apatheia, inspired by the Greek term, embodies a state of tranquility and peace.

Apatheia is the first phase of a dual-phase project situated at the intersection of Cesar E. Chavez Blvd and Division Street. Phase one includes 120 residential units alongside 2 retail spaces.

Upon completion, the full development will deliver 204 residential units across two buildings, complete with two rooftop decks featuring a bar, BBQ area, recreational games, and community lounges.
