Vinny serves as President of Seneca Property Management, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership rooted in a lifelong engagement with the real estate industry. Raised in Portland, Oregon, Vinny’s exposure to commercial real estate began early through his family’s ownership and management of income-producing assets. This formative background provided a deep foundation in operations, asset maintenance, and value-add repositioning strategies.
Today, Vinny leads Seneca Property Management’s strategic vision, overseeing portfolio performance, client relations, and the firm’s operational excellence across Oregon and Washington. As a licensed Principal Broker, he specializes in commercial leasing, sales, and third-party property management services tailored to institutional and private clients.
Vinny is a graduate of Central Catholic High School, where he excelled as a three-sport athlete, and went on to study Business Administration at the University of Montana. His professional career began at Windermere Commercial, where over an eight-year tenure he played a key role in expanding the firm’s portfolio by more than 400%. That experience solidified his reputation for growth-oriented management and laid the groundwork for his eventual transition into executive leadership at Seneca.

Bryant Jaksic is a seasoned executive and investment professional with over 30 years of experience spanning real estate development, financial services, and business operations. He is a Principal and Co-Founder of Seneca Construction Co., where he plays a foundational role in shaping the firm's strategic vision, capital planning, and organizational leadership. He also serves as Vice President of Seneca Development Company, helping to guide the firm's execution across its growing portfolio of development projects.
Bryant began his career in the early 1990s, building a track record as a founder, operator, and investor in the financial sector. Since 1994, he has launched or acquired ten firms—ranging from Registered Investment Advisory firms to Private Investment Partnerships—focused on alternative investment strategies that deliver returns uncorrelated to traditional market indices. His work managing capital for a global client base—including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, banks, and insurance companies—has cemented his reputation as a sophisticated strategist and disciplined operator.
His core competencies include portfolio construction, financial modeling, research, quantitative analysis, and the design of trade execution and management systems. These skills now inform his work in real estate, where he applies an investor’s lens to development strategy, capital allocation, and asset management.
Bryant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing, as well as an MBA from Portland State University. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a deep understanding of risk and return, positions him as a driving force behind Seneca’s integrated approach to construction and development.

Michael Hamilton is the President of Seneca Development Company and a Principal of both Seneca Property Management and Seneca Construction Co., forming a vertically integrated real estate platform delivering best-in-class residential and mixed-use projects across major urban markets. With a multidisciplinary background and a results-driven approach, Michael leads the firm’s strategic vision, investment strategy, and operational execution.
Under his leadership, Seneca Development is actively delivering over 500 housing units within the next 36 months, with a focus on thoughtful design, financial discipline, and long-term community impact. Michael oversees the full lifecycle of development—from site acquisition and entitlement through construction, lease-up, and stabilization—ensuring each project aligns with the firm’s standards for quality and performance.
As a Principal of Seneca Construction Co. and Seneca Property Management, Michael has built a fully integrated delivery model that enhances project control, reduces execution risk, and drives long-term asset value. This unified structure allows Seneca to manage construction, operations, and resident experience in-house, ensuring alignment from the capital stack to the customer.
Michael is known for his strategic clarity, deep market insight, and ability to assemble and lead high-performing teams. His work is guided by a long-term vision for urban growth, investor value creation, and operational excellence.
