Sonder Nord

Sonder Nord is the second building within the Sonder development, completing the vision with 77 additional residential units and bringing the total community to 204 homes across both buildings.

Nord offers a layered amenity experience centered around a fourth-floor indoor/outdoor deck featuring a bar and BBQs — designed to blend social energy with open-air retreat. On the ground floor, residents have access to a thoughtfully designed lounge with billiards, dedicated workstations, and a media area, creating a flexible environment that supports both productivity and connection.
